Abstract
Cerebral AVM (Arteriovenous malformation) manifest by hemorrhage or seizure in most of case. But some movement symptoms secondary to cerebral AVM have reported infrequently. Cerebral AVM is fatal and has to be treated immediately. We reported of focal hand dystonia in old aged man which is caused by large cerebral AVM in insular cortex and adjacect region. Although rare, cerebral AVM should be considered in the differential diagnosis of adult onset isolated focal dystonia.
